Return Policy

Kitty Leather Return Policy

 At Kitty Leather, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your leather bracelet, apparel, or gift item, we are here to help!

Return Eligibility

  1. Timeframe: You may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Receipt: A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must be included with your return, the shipping invoice works as well.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Service team at mykittyleather@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed return instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Carefully pack your item(s) and include the Return Authorization number. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our Customer Service team at mykittyleather@gmail.com. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at mykittyleather@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
