Free shipping on orders $50+. Yes, everywhere in the U.S.
Processing Time
Every Kitty Leather piece is handcrafted in small batches. In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order items can take up to 2 weeks; we’ll email you after checkout with your timeline. Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email.

Hawaii & Alaska
As of October 1, 2026, USPS sends ground packages to Hawaii and Alaska by sea instead of by air. That makes standard shipping a lot slower than it used to be, so here are your options:
- FREE Economy (orders $50+): 2 to 3 weeks, ships by sea
- Economy (under $50): $5.95, 2 to 3 weeks, ships by sea
- Priority Mail: $14.95, 2 to 4 days, flies
Need it for a birthday, an event, or just can’t wait? Go Priority. It’s the only USPS option that still flies to the islands.
International
Rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply; these are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in the shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kittyleather.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
